Coffee Cracks Cellulite in Summer Countdown

With spring and summer still a little way off, some feel that preparation for the warmer months cannot begin too early in terms of a beauty regime.
And what better way to make light work of cellulite than with coffee? A simple home remedy that is a far less pricey alternative to the myriad of cosmetics that can be purchased on the high street!
So how does coffee perform such miracles with such minimal cost? The answer is said to lie in its high antioxidant content, which gives coffee its ability to boost circulation and thereby contribute to the elimination of cellulite. To witness its effect, three to four teaspoons of coffee can be rubbed into the skin before a bath. This then needs to be worked into the skin a circular motion for two to three minutes and then rinsed off with cold water to achieve greater firmness.
Other home remedies using coffee to zap cellulite, which, incidentally, they say should be used twice weekly for effect, combine the ingredient with substances such as olive oil for slightly less abrasive action – or indeed mix coffee with salt. In terms of a specific recipe example of the latter, half a cup of brown sugar can be combined with the same amount of table salt, the same again of sea salt and one cup of coffee granules – these should have ideally been soaked in hot water – coffee granules from a percolator are a good example that work well.
