‘Lavazza has once again delivered a world class quality produce to its consumers,’ announces the Business Standard. What are they talking about? The Italian coffee company, Lavazza, has just introduced a new high-quality coffee machine to the Indian market and, so far, the reports are glowing.
So what is so special about this new machine? The design is the Lavazza Blue Coffee Maker LB100 series and it is aimed at producing coffee to professional standards. Using patented capsule technology, the coffee machine can produce an espresso within 30 seconds. As soon as the coffee machine knob is turned, it begins brewing. This ‘capsule technology’ involves protecting the flavour of coffee within insert packed capsules so that its freshness is not tainted and is released when the machine prepares the coffee. Each machine can hold up to 10 used capsules at a time which are ejected after use into an in-built drawer. If you are a true addict, there are even adjustments that can be made to produce large cups of coffee.
The machine is responsive to those who have different coffee preferences or those who like to experiment – it also has capability to prepare cold coffee, by blending chilled espresso with ice-cream or milk.
The coffee machine is aimed at sophisticated home use or by cafes, restaurants and bars. It will be made available across India.
