Coffee cup disguise for car power outlet

Let’s face it: we spend a lot of time in our cars. And on the whole, it’s much nicer to spend time in an attractive environment. Many people take a lot of pride in the state of their cars. Then there’s another dilemma: the gadgets. We all have them – life without a mobile phone would make many people feel vulnerable. So we need to install an AC outlet in our cars to service them. But don’t those cables look a mess?
How can we marry together these problems? On the one hand we want a neat car, on the other, we need leads and cables to charge up our portable electrical devices as we are on the move. A new handy gadget has just been promoted on the internet. What is it? The Coffee Cup Power Inverter boasts that it can provide the answer to this problem. It has been created by ThinkGeek. The power inverter is designed to plug into the power in the dashboard cigarette lighter socket. However, the device mimics the shape, size and design of a coffee cup to fit discretely into a coffee cup holder.
What functionality does this device have? It has 2 AC outlets and a USB port. As such, there is the capability to charge up 3 devices simultaneously. There is also an in-built safety mechanism so that the power inverter will close down if there is a concern the car’s battery will be drained.
