Choice product range for cocoa enthusiasts

hot chocolate

Amongst Caffe Society’s coffee ingredient and sundries product range are a number of options that allow coffee outlets to cater for discerning hot chocoholics.

The best seller is the Caffé Society-branded, award-winning instant sachet offering, whilst other similar options include Fairtrade hot chocolate sachets as well as a Suchard alternative, all three of which are available in 100 sachet quantities and positioned at the same price point of around £19.99.

For those looking for a more economical or indeed a higher volume option, there are indulgent Suchard and traditional Le Royal hot chocolate powder mixes packaged in airtight foil bags, again available at similar prices (£35-£40 for 10x1kg bags), or tub alternatives which can be purchased in either single 2kg or 6x2kg packs at prices starting from around £12.

The latter hot chocolate tubs cover two variants, namely Zuma Original and Zuma Fairtrade, high quality brands designed to be mixed with milk, and can also be bought with accompaniments such as Zuma 28g scoops to ensure the use of the correct volume of powder.

To cover other avenues of hot chocolate production, Caffe Society also supplies a Van Houten Choc-o-Late high quality liquid mix that can be used in hot chocolate paddle machines or steamed with milk. This option is priced at £30 per 6×1 litre.

The gourmet coffee machine and ingredient supplier also offers cases of Kenco Singles, derived entirely from cocoa beans grown on Rainforest Alliance Certified farms, in addition to Kenco In-Cup options for use in bespoke Kenco machines.
