The CS5600i Instant from Caffe Society is our flagship bean to cup coffee machine. This versatile high capacity unit combines technical innovation with ease of operation and brewing excellence in a stylish modern package. The CS5600i Instant utilises fresh beans and fresh milk for the best possible coffees, plus with 2 extra internal powder canisters it can also serve hot chocolate, mochas and decaf coffees. This flexible functionality allows the customer to choose from 12 different drinks. The touch panel and LCD screen make all of these options available at the press of a button, making the CS5600i Instant perfect for self service environments. All of this technology is encased in a full metal body making it incredibly hard wearing yet stylish with it's stainless steel front.

Site IT Requirements For CS Touch Screen Models
Because the touch screen machines run on Windows we strongly recommend that the site has someone with a good working knowledge of Windows XP who is available during business hours.
Network / Internet Connection
In order for us to provide remote assistance, the site must have a Windows computer network with internet connectivity available for the machine, either by a) Ethernet connection or b) WiFi.
a) Ethernet Connection
The customer is responsible for providing an Ethernet cable of sufficient length from the network connection point and with at least 1 metre slack. This should be connected, tested and in place at time of installation.
b) WiFi Connection
The customer is responsible for ensuring that WiFi connectivity is available with a good signal in the proposed machine location.
The site must provide a person on site at time of installation who has knowledge of Windows XP and the site’s network. This person should also be regularly available on site in case telephone support is required.
Videos
If the site will be using the machine to display videos and wish to update or add video after installation, then they must provide an external USB drive or USB memory stick which they can use to transfer the video files. Instructions for this are provided in a separate document.
Warranty
Hardware failure is covered by the warranty.
Remote / telephone assistance for software problems are free of charge.
Any software issues which require an engineer call out are chargeable at our usual rates.
