Product Description
100% Decaffeinated Central American Arabica
- Sourced from several Central American coffee producing countries, including Colombia, Nicaragua and Brazil. The coffees are all grown over 1200 metres, ensuring slow development of flavour and increased sweetness and fruity acidity.
- The caffeine is removed by soaking the raw coffee beans in a water solution to extract the caffeine at a molecular level, before being washed again and dried out in the Central American sun. No other method removes as much caffeine as this, ensuring the mildest cup of coffee available.
