70% Fairtrade Brazil Santos Fine Cup Arabica
- Grown by the Coocafe cooperative, a collection of over 160 farmer families in and around the Minas Gerais state of South Eastern Brazil. With help from the Fairtrade Foundation these farmers have been able to invest in more advanced growing and processing techniques, resulting in a high quality Brazilian Arabica, full of malty sweetness and nutty undertones.

30% Fairtrade Tanzanian Robusta
- Grown across the hillscapes of Tanzania, this Robusta bean has all the great hallmarks of Robusta, being full in body and deep in flavour, whilst having less of the more overpowering and negative traits, including rubberiness, woodiness and ashy flavours. Mild and full bodied, this brings a real depth to the blend.

Flavour Profile
- Rich deep and earthy, with malty sweetness and chocolate flavours throughout, with a long spicy finish and undertones of walnut, peanut and a slight biscuity flavour in the middle. Full bodied, this makes an ideal flat white or cappuccino.
Brewing Info
- Ideal Brew Temperature – 92–96 degrees
- Brewing Notes - Brew at higher temperatures due to high Robusta content, this should bring out more of the rich sweetness of the Brazil.
