- Empresa Cooperativa del Sur del Cauca (COSURA) is composed of 15 farmer associations and coffee cooperatives from four municipalities in Cauca, a mountainous province of southwestern Colombia. Founded in 1993, COSURA's 1,090 members have a strong organization and financial stability as a result of Fair Trade.

- Founded in 1998, La Central (La Central de Cooperativas Cafetaleras de Honduras) is an organization comprised of 73 cooperatives and 10,000 farmers throughout 12 mountainous states of Honduras.
- La Central provides small and medium coffee cooperatives with access to direct coffee marketing, and diverse services and resources to improve their cooperatives and community.

- The Gayo Organic Coffee Farmers Association (PPKGO) is an organic Fair Trade coffee cooperative located in the Gayo Highlands of the Aceh province of Sumatra, Indonesia. Coop members are small-scale coffee farmers dedicated to producing 100% shade-grown, organic coffee.
- In a region known for political conflict, the co-op has continued to produce, process, and export high quality Sumatran coffee. It has maintained relative peace and unity among an ethnically diverse membership comprised of Gayo, Javanese, Acehnese, Padang, and Batak peoples.
- Twenty percent of PPKGO's members are women.
