Hailing from the Finca Monique region, Colombia, Luis Gonzaga Ordonez' farm produces some the best beans from a small farm we have ever tasted.
Grown some 2000 metres above sea-level, with 14 rivers converging into one centralised site, this geographic trait proves excellent for farmers.
Luis’ modest 5 hectare farm, in the La Plata municipality, even includes its own washing mill and drying station, with the coffee being milled, processed and dried separately on raised beds to produce the best batch possible.
A fruity, juicy coffee with bright grape and honey notes, this is an exceptional Colombian coffee.
Brazilian Fazenda Dona Nenem Yellow Bourbon Coffee
Our final coffee, the Brazilian Yellow Bourbon, from the Fazenda Dona Nenem farm is exceptional not only in taste, but growing sustainability.
Eduardo Campos' farm pays special attention to the local environment and replants 10% of the crop each year to not only increase production output, but to ensure that the farm will flourish year-on-year.
This pulped natural coffee provides a very sweet coffee with citrus and floral notes, a complex taste also consists of dark chocolate, brown sugar and nuts with moderate acidity.
