Fitted with large, flat steel burrs (60mm) that can be adjusted with micrometric precision, operators will be able to grind to any thickness that they require.
The doser fitted to the Tranquilo has a capacity of 12oz and also features a modifiable throw, allowing users to dispense anywhere between 5 or 10 grams per dose. So whether you want a single shot or a double, getting the exact amount has never been easier.
Also, the doser allows users to pre-grind a set amount of coffee in advance. This gives baristas the chance to work efficiently during busy periods of the day by cutting down the time it takes to produce that all important espresso.
