- Pulse extraction process – The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P) optimises espresso extraction in conjuction with an installed CLARIS Pro Smart water filter for even better tasting espresso.
- Dual Ceramic disc grinders – These long-lasting ceramic discs cut grinding times by 75% and guarantee a quick, precise and defined grind whilst also having Automatic Grind Adjustment features (A.G.A).
- Variable brewing chamber – Adjust the brewing chamber from 5g up to 16g, for the whole range of extracted espresso drinks.

The brand new GIGA X8C second generation includes two high-performance ceramic disc grinders for guaranteed reliable grinding results for even longer precise, consistent and even grinding.
Featuring Jura’s trademark aesthetic and design, the Jura X8C provides high-performance bean to cup coffee in up to 32 different speciality ways via one remarkably simple process.
Offering your coffee shop or cafe complete flexibility, every beverage selection – as well as the menu screen – can be altered and optimised by you, enabling you to customise your complete coffee output to any occasion or clientele.
If speed is an issue, then the speed function is capable thanks to an additional hot water bypass that boosts brewing time for when the seconds really matter during your busiest periods.
The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.) fully helps by optimising the extraction time for short specialities and CLARIS Pro Smart delivers perfect water quality for a pure taste in combination with the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S).
For cup size flexibility, there is an option to adjust the dual-spout height to suit your needs accordingly.

This version requires direct connection to a mains water supply, if this is not possible, a manual fill model is also available for standalone coffee serving without mains access being required.
