The Bunn U3 Bulk Brew machine (right), as the name suggests, is designed for volume applications. It can produce over 70 litres of coffee every hour and its internal water tank has a capacity of over 75 litres. A common issue with certain bulk coffee machines is that a lot of water may be lost simply through evaporation. Accordingly, the Bunn U3 Bulk Brew has a patented design to specifically address the thorny issue of water loss, increasingly important in eco-conscious businesses. The U3 uses the stainless steel components for which many Bunn products are known, allowing it to fit in well in the majority of modern retail environments.
The Bunn Dual Thermofresh coffee machine (centre) combines precise operational controls with convenience of use, offering the user the ability to simultaneously brew two flasks of coffee, with a total output of over 71 litres an hour. It is possible to brew different types of coffee thanks to pre-loaded recipes. Many of the features are controlled digitally to ensure that individual requirements are met. The flasks, which are sold separately, use vacuum-based technology to keep the coffee inside tasting fresh hours after it has been brewed.
The Bunn Infusion Coffee Brewer (left) is suitable for those who need moderate capacity coffee making equipment on hand, with a maximum hourly output of 20 litres. This coffee machine is compatible with a number of different storage and delivery receptacles and it will also automatically alert the user when the water filter needs to be changed.
