Flavours your customers will love on Valentines Day

That day of the year is here again; the day that people show their affection for another person or people by sending cards and buying flowers, chocolates or treats with messages of love.

And it’s a great opportunity for cafes and coffee shops to adapt their menu or practises to match this special day. We’ve put together a few ideas that we think you’ll love at first sight.

Heart Latte Art and Chocolates

Undoubtedly, the heart symbol is the universally recognised symbol of love; and there’s no better day to use it to your advantage!

A heart shape is a relatively easy shape to create with latte art; it just takes a bit of practise. We’ve written a few articles and even made a video in the past; alternatively you could opt for some Barista training to get more comfortable with steaming and foaming milk.

Alternatively, you could add a heart using one of our silhouette stencils, which allow you to quickly and easily create heart shapes with chocolate powder, nutmeg or cinnamon on top of your foamed milk.

Another great addition to your menu could be our traditional Belgian Bolero milk chocolates; they’re perfectly suited as a mini treat your customers will love.

Valentines Themed Drinks

Another way to get people in the V-day spirit is with themed drinks, which give customers something a bit different to try for the special day.
