Coffee Machines

Whether you want to make a single cup of coffee, or cater to the thirsts of an army of customers, staff or clients, there is almost certainly a coffee machine out there for you. Coffee machines have evolved significantly in recent years, with ever more cafe and business users buying into the market as capabilities improve, sizes decrease and prices fall. There are number of brands and styles to choose from in the coffee machine market.
The first major consideration in selecting the most appropriate coffee machine is that of the cost per cup that you should expect from each type of machine and brewing process. If you buy coffee beans whole and intend to grind them and prepare them yourself then you will save money and you can also create a range of different coffee types, depending on the machine you buy. You can also buy pre-ground filter coffee that is ready to use in filter coffee machines, but there is a chance that you will alienate those who are looking for more complex drinks such as cappuccino or espresso.
Traditional coffee machines, which have been used in shops for years, require a modicum of training in order to get the most out of them, but can ultimately result in the best end product. A skilled Barista will be able to whip up many different drinks in quick succession and large capacity machines can cater for high volume orders and multiple simultaneous users.
Newer automated bean to cup coffee machines take much of the work out of the hands of the user, but are slightly more expensive because of the technology involved and its associated maintenance requirements. Newer machines may lack some of the theatre and social aspects of traditional coffee machines, but in many cases counter this with improved efficiency and consistency.
