Leeds has seen a huge influx in the quality of cafes, bars, restaurants and of course coffee shops over the last decade.
Olive & Rye is the latest project and brainchild of chef and owner Joe Hepworth, known for Leeds’ popular and trendy hotspot, Hepworth’s Deli & Kitchen.
Situated a stones throw from this other venture, within the heart of Leeds bustling city centre, Olive & Rye looks to fuse a quality retail and dining experience into one establishment.
Visitors to the historic and popular Queens Arcade can find Olive & Rye, and be won over by the exceptional selection of cheeses, meats and more, with a range of amazing local and homemade produce to eat-in or take home and enjoy.
The transformation from empty shop to working cafe and deli was incredibly quick.
Joe and his team have designed Olive & Rye to be a true ‘foodies paradise’, with a full compliment of locally sourced jams, cheeses, chutneys, wines, beers and much more.
The cafe portion of the store is capable of seating up to 44 guests; and serves brunch, lunch, small plates – and of course coffee.
Now we’re of course big fans of the coffee, and with a 3-group Expobar Elen espresso machine and Tranquillo On Demand doser coffee grinder now within their arsenal; the staff will have no difficulties in serving up a quality cup of Joe.
