All deliveries are by courier, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm.

Coffee, ingredients and accessories: *

Although we cannot guarantee it, orders placed by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, are normally delivered next working day.
Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next working day.


Web orders for equipment will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days.

All islands, highlands and remote area deliveries will be subject to additional charges for delivery which you will be notified of once we have received the order. Delivery times may also be longer than specified above.

Damage and Discrepancies

Goods must be checked on receipt before you sign the delivery note. Any goods not checked and signed for may not be able to be claimed for should any issues arise through damage.

Refused delivery charges from our courier may be passed onto the customer where appropriate. All discrepancies or damages must be reported within 1 working day.
