In 2017, this division became part of the EVOCA Group, enhancing Saeco's prominence in professional coffee machines worldwide.

Saeco's Research & Development department focuses on creating rational, reliable, and easy-to-maintain machines with a balance of tradition and modernity. With over 45 patents in the last decade, Saeco boasts in-house expertise in advanced coffee brewing methods.
