It's well known that chocolate and coffee go together like strawberries and cream, but instead of relying on the old traditional dark and milk varieties add a drop of white chocolate into the mix.

However you want to use it, we won't mind. But for those that like to think outside of the box, we've collated two of our favourite recipes for you. Just carry on reading....

Double Hot Chocolate

You'll need
  • Double shot of Sweetbird White Chocolate Syrup
  • Three shots of Sweetbird's gooey Chocolate Sauce
  • Steamed milk
  1. Mix the syrup and the sauce together
  2. Pour in the steamed milk
  3. Stir well and then serve

Clive's Cafe Creme Brulee

Did somebody say Creme Brulee?.

You'll need Method
  1. Add the two syrups to the espresso
  2. Pour in the steamed milk and then serve!
  3. Optional - why not add value (and margin) to this by finishing it off with some whipped cream?
