Sweetbird Mint Syrup

Description

Is it time to freshen up your drinks? If it is, then add a shot of Sweetbird's Mint Syrup and get creating some cool new flavours.

Don't forget that Sweetbird's syrups are a little bit special: They're approved by both the Vegetarian Society and VIVA for vegetarian and vegan diets - and they're devoid of any artificial preservatives or colourings!

Mint Mocha

You'll need

• 1 Shot of Sweetbird Mint Syrup
• 1 Pump of Sweetbird's Chocolate Sauce
• Double espresso
• Steamed milk

Method

1. Add the syrup and the sauce to your espresso
2. Pour in the steamed milk
3. Stir and then serve
4. Optional: Why not garnish with a sprig of mint or hand out a free mint chocolate?

Peppermint Punch Frappe

Peppermint has been used as a flavouring for centuries and is one of the oldest and most popular variety of mint-flavoured confectionery (think chocolate, drinks etc.) around. But despite this, there's still room for improvement! This wonderful latte mixes the tried and tested flavours of peppermint with a punch of chilli!

You'll need

• 1 Shot of Sweetbird Mint Syrup
• 4 Shots of Sweetbird Chilli Syrup
• 1 Scoop of Zuma's Vanilla Frappe Powder
• Milk
• Ice
• Commercial style blender

Method

1. Fill one cup with ice
2. Add in the chilli and mint syrups
3. Top up with milk
4. Pour the contents into a blender
5. Tip in the scoop of frappe powder
6. Blend until smooth
7. Pour back into a cup and serve
